Payment Agreement

Seller — BINOM GROUP GP, registration number 311379366, a company registered in Canada and selling goods and services to its Customers.

Customer — the person who buys the goods or services from a Seller.

Payment system — a financial institution issuing bank cards, as well as accepting payments from customers via the Internet.

Bank card — a debit or credit card issued by a credit institution, which is a non-cash payment instrument, intended for customers to perform operations with funds on their Bank accounts.

Internet — the global system of interconnected computer networks that uses the Internet protocol suite (TCP/IP) to link devices worldwide.

Payer — the owner of the Bank card, who is the Customer, initiating via the Internet the order to the Bank to transfer funds to the Seller as a payment for goods and services.

Internet payment — payment made by the Payer (of the Customers) to pay for goods and services via the Internet.

Website — a set of related web pages located under domain name binom.mobi.

2.1. The subject of this Agreement is to provide the Customer with the opportunity to use Website in order to pay for goods and communication services sold by the Seller.

3.1. You can quickly Top-up your balance in the "Balance Top-up" section. Just indicate your "Binom travel" SIM card number and fill in the specified fields.

3.2. To purchase the goods go to "Binom Online shop" section and select the product and its quantity.

3.3. The system will redirect you to a secure interface where you need to confirm the selected payment method and enter payment details.

3.4. A payment acknowledges after receiving of confirmation of the successful completion of the payment procedure from the Payment system.

3.5. After the payment is made, the entire amount is credited to the Customer’s SIM card balance or the goods are delivered, with the exception of the commission for processing the Internet payment specified in clause 4.2. The enrollment takes place within 5 minutes.

Attention: successfully completed transactions are irreversible and could not be refunded!

4.1. The Seller reserves its right to establish restrictions on the availability of goods and services. The Seller reserves its right not to inform the Customer about the reasons for the introduction of restrictions. In case of restrictions, 100% of paid amount is refunded to the Customer.

4.2. When making card payment (Visa/MasterCard), a transaction fee of 3.5%, of payment amount is charged.

4.3. The Payer is obliged to use only personal bank card and is informed with the legal consequences of using third-party cards. At the same time, the Seller is entitled to request genuine identity documents and a bank card, unilaterally introducing restrictions on the performance of its obligations for an unlimited period of time.

5.1. The collection and processing of confidential client data received in encrypted form (card details, registration data, etc.) is performed by Payment system.

5.2. Notification of Customers about termination or change of these conditions takes place via Website. The conditions are considered changed from the moment specified in the notification.

5.3. The transfer of funds via Internet payment using Bank cards can be suspended by the Seller for this Customer or Payer without explanation and for an unlimited period of time.

5.4. The Payer is responsible for any actions of third parties committed on behalf of the Payer by using the Payer's Bank card when making an Internet payment.

5.5. The Payer confirms that he is familiar with all the clauses of this agreement and accepts it in full and unconditionally.
