4.1. To prepare bills for the services used, we can engage accounting companies that will have access to telecommunications traffic data. The partners of BINOM GROUP GP can also access to telecommunications traffic data of their direct customers for billing them. We are guided by principles of ensuring customers data safety when choosing partners.

The Company will not disclose any of its customers’ confidential information to a third party, except to the extent that it is required to do so pursuant to any applicable laws, rules or regulations. These include, but are not limited to, national regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies and judicial authorities.
4.3. In some cases, we may provide access to information to emergency services.
